August 05 · Yu HeBUG IN MY SALAD.To add insult to injury, this shouldn't have even been my salad! They made my initial salad and at the last minute dumped a ton of chips on there even though I told every. single. person. in the assembly line I did not want chips. Then I got a new salad + a weevil (?). And before I discovered the bug (devastating that I ate most of the salad, I feel so sick) the salad was dry anyway. Medium dressing? Guess not. Stay far far far away.
July 15 · Maya SpitalnikShout out to Jeremy at SG's Grand Central location...he helped accommodate my lunch order snafu today (6/10/25) which I greatly appreciated. Many thanks for your kindness and flexibility. Check out this location and the food is fresh and delicious also.
June 10 · Anne-Marie McGivneyNice salad with 3 proteins: salmon, chicken, and blackened chicken + egg 🥚
August 01 · Jacob ParkExtremely bad service (consistent with other reviews). Some of the food staff making our orders have been consistently low quality and not friendly at all during their shifts. Whether it be via online order or in person, it seems like the Grand Central location almost always provides the absolute minimal amounts of serving relative to other salad places nearby. Additionally, several of the staff have been quite cold / not welcoming, often ignoring the customers who are waiting for extended periods of time in line and seem robotic. Personally, I’ve been to this place at least a dozen times, and ultimately decided to drop it in favor or other salad places nearby due to A) terrible customer service, B) minimal food servings / wrong items, & C) unacceptable wait times in-person (e.g., One time I waited at least 20min before someone came to take my order… everyone else there was prioritizing the online orders!).Would not recommend. Go to the Just Salad on 300 Park Ave instead or the Vanderbilt Market next door for better salads / customer service & more bang for buck.
