Minimal wait time and absolutely worth it. The food is authentic and delicious. I was halfway through enjoying the pork zhajiang hand-ripped noodles when I had to order the cold skin noodles too. That dish became a popular street food where I grew up—back when I was around 8 or 9, down at the condo complex in Yancheng. The moment I tasted it, it brought back a vivid childhood memory, like that scene in Ratatouille when the critic is transported by a single bite. It was such a moving moment that I took the time to thank the chef for making my day. Highly recommend! - Qingze Lv
