Don’t order from here they will rob you. They put the ice cream in a smaller container and then put the smaller container into the larger container to fill it out. They then charged me for the bigger container. See pictures for proof.

Today, I visited a Cold Stone location and was told that I could not order the “Like It” (small) size. The employee said they were only allowed to serve medium or large, which I found confusing since every other Cold Stone I’ve been to allows customers to choose their preferred size.When I questioned this, the employee said it was the manager’s policy and that they weren’t allowed to serve the small size. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but was told they weren’t present. Another worker mentioned the manager might come in later—which I also found unprofessional, because why isn’t there a supervisor on site?To add to the experience, I asked for a cone and was told they had none available. I now understand why this location has a grade pending and a “Now Hiring” sign—they clearly need better staffing and service if they’re unable to offer basic items on the menu.The only solution I was offered was to email, so I’m doing just that. I hope this issue is addressed promptly.OHH! And to add more, you can actually order a like it on DoorDash so now I’m confused I have to pay more money through DoorDash fees to get the size I want, but if I come to the store, I’m not able to? Scam? I’ll add that to my email

My mom and I have been to this store years ago during the summertime and bought 2 strawberry ice cream with nuts and stayed in. The ice cream was wonderful and tasty. There were people there staying and eating or drinking.

Ordered ice cream in the app. By the time I got there, my app updated to “picked up” and my transaction was completed. They couldn’t find my order. They finally gave me what I ordered. I held it in the front seat with me for a 3-5 minute ride and it was melted. It’s disgusting. I don’t waste my money ordering ice cream soup. The image shows the ice cream when the box was opened.

Some of the most delicious and delectable cake you will ever find and get to eat. They got two new Ghea so you know the qualities are the best. Also, the people working there are very friendly and kind. I absolutely love going to this store. 10 star people. Check out the Mother’s Day cake they have on sale as well.
