★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Great great spot for fun matchas. I loved both the peach matcha and the biscoff hojicha. The taro matcha was good but not a strong taro flavor. The biscoff matcha/ hojicha came highly recommended by the staff (surprisingly) and it was actually really delicious if you’re in the mood for a dessert/milkshake vibes.Morning is too sweet. Everything is just perfect.Inside I’m super cute and tranquil. I loveeee the seat near the window. The staff are super nice !!!
August 03 · Cassia AThe peach matcha was sooooo good!! Puree was fresh, not too sweet and not artificial. This place is so cute on the inside! About 6 tables, including a super adorable window seat. There’s also one table outside that gets some pretty perfect sunlight at 11am.Prices are good. Volume is good. Very solid delish matcha spot with unique twists & flavours!
August 04 · Isabella GrandicQuiet, lovely little tea shop tucked away in the east village. I went on a weekday so it wasn’t crowded and the vibe was very chill. You get to smell all the fragrant tea and pick one from there. We got a set which came with some dried fruit, fresh fruit, sweet potato and biscuits.Everything was delicious, and surprisingly, not too overpriced. I will be back!
June 03 · Yuwei PanCute tea house! On their bevies: Tried the D:ICE summer pop-up menu, specifically the peach matcha latte (with oatmilk). Great matcha:milk ratio (which is hard to find in nyc), and matcha is not gritty (more grassy/green taste than umami). The peach did not shine through however which was a little disappointing (did not ask for additional sweetener). Also price is high (but would rather pay a bit more for a good matcha quantity than some green milk). On the space: there are a few seating options inside and a small outdoor table if you want to stay in the sun. Staff is super friendly as well.
August 14 · Nolwenn CThis place is so sweet and charming. They have a fantastic tea selection and the dessert is delicious. The ambiance here really feels tucked away from the rest of the city and gives you a break from the hubbub. Their staff are knowledgeable for first time tea goers so you don’t have to worry about how long to brew your tea/ how to drink it.
