## What is Worth Choosing
Based on the menu's simplicity and local customer feedback, the true value of Elton Deli lies in its most fundamental and basic offerings—items that are universally standard and essential for immediate consumption. When visiting or ordering from this local Brooklyn deli, concentrating on the most basic services and products is highly recommended for a satisfactory experience.
Recommended Items for a Quick Visit:
- The Espresso Bar Staples: Starting the day requires reliable caffeine. The deli offers straightforward coffee options, including a basic 100% Columbian Coffee ($1.00). These ready-brewed drinks are ideal for a swift grab-and-go experience, requiring minimal preparation time.
- Simple Breakfast Sandwiches: The most basic breakfast preparations are recommended for quick and hassle-free ordering. The Bagel with Cream Cheese ($1.00) is a classic, no-fuss option. For a slight upgrade, the Bagel with Cream Cheese and Bacon ($2.50) provides a standard protein addition that is simple to prepare quickly, often noted as the item that "came out great" in one review.
- Packaged Goods and Drinks: The core function of a convenience-oriented deli is providing packaged products. Local feedback strongly suggests that the deli is a suitable source for basic necessities like a drink, some chips, and other assorted non-perishable snacks and beverages. These items, being pre-packaged, entirely circumvent the quality control issues associated with cooked foods.
- Basic Cooked Breakfast: Focusing on the fundamentals of the morning menu may yield reliable results. The simple Breakfast Platter options, such as 2 Egg ($3.50) or Bacon and 2 Eggs Home Fries and Toast ($4.50), provide basic, essential fuel, though adherence to preparation standards may vary according to customer reports. Similarly, the uncomplicated nature of the Meat Omelette ($4.99) and Western Omelette ($4.99), served with home fries and toast, offers a traditional deli breakfast format.
In summary, while the Elton Deli provides a comprehensive menu that includes lunch items like burgers and sandwiches, local experience suggests that its reliable utility is concentrated in its function as an essential neighborhood convenience store. The best customer experience is achieved by focusing on rapid, simple transactions—a quick cup of coffee, a basic bagel, or the purchase of packaged goods. This approach maximizes the benefit of its designed Quick visit structure and aligns with the most positive aspects noted in local feedback, making it a functional and necessary part of the Brooklyn community for immediate needs and simple morning routines.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Really really disappointed. I dont like writing bad reviews. But if it can avoid someone else having a bad experience.. i have to do it.. I ordered breakfast today, it came out great so I decided to order lunch and included my coworkers with ordering. My cheeseburger, apparently the cheese melted and dissolved into the meat... my coworkers ordered sandwiches, and the sandwiches were missing the ingredients. Not sure why they decided to sprinkle some lettuce on the sandwiches. On top of that, I've never ever seen chicken over rice in the quality that I received from this deli. To sum it up, I only recommend going here if you need a drink, some chips. And maybe a breakfast sandwich. Attached some photos.
December 23 · SadiyaI ve been living here for six years and the way AK (managerial) runs his store is negligent. He changes all foods expiration dates and overcharge his assortments as well. In addition all cooked foods are not properly stored and alongside his bakery good, which always taste stall and due to the above always @ wrong room temperature- addedAlso when complaining about all concerns above their employees begins to get upsets, then discriminates by labeling one as being mentally slow and bans that consumer from their store as well.
September 21 · edwin jonesGo to this store everyday always get a sandwich, workers are so friendly
June 04 · Chloe MiddletonSo I went into the store to pick up a few things and there were 2 little boys 1 had money and the other child didn’t so he was buying his friend a drink and snack with his money they had to be about 10yrs. Old. They picked up 2 Regular cans of Arizona $1 a Piece and a bag of chips for $2.49 . The guy with the curly hair and hat told him to get 4 Bags of small Doritos instead because it was over $4 the little kid didn’t understand and went to the fridge and got 2 Small Arizona’s for 75 Cents this man going to tell the little boy $4.19. The little boy couldn’t even buy his friend anything. They Have a No credit policy on kids too. I was outraged, I go there all the time and they are over priced but come on kids are different. They do it all the time and After witnessing this I literally never want to shop there again. The young guy with the curly hair and hat is not a good person and I’m convinced anyone he is working for isn’t a good person either.
