I dont have much problems here, the service is… fast I guess? Flavor is general so its hard to put comment about it, but the staff did follow the order. I advise you to order it from the apps because the employees seem slow and … sometime confused.Good thing is its spacious so you can have more space to stand or talk or catch up with friends.

This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts in New York City the women back there are rude they say racist things to you they laugh at you when you have a complaint you purchase the food and you open it there in front of them to show them this is not what you ordered and they say too bad this is what we make and we're not gonna return it we're not gonna make you a new one and we're not gonna give you a refund too badd. If I were you anyone else I would stay clear of this Dunkin' Donuts location is should have been my Q how little foot traffic the store receives I was here a couple of times and there's no one ever in the store yeah people know this is a terrible Dunkin' Donuts I should have been able to read the room. Then they laugh at you like what you're saying is funny to them

I ordered an iced matcha with french vanilla, whipped cream, they didnt even include the whipped cream AND french vanilla. She must’ve not caught when I said french vanilla because it wasnt there on the order summary at the back, the whipped cream was though so I asked and got it, then i went up to the counter again to ask if they can put French vanilla, i paid the price and she proceeds to pump 5-6 shots of french vanilla. It was WAY too sweet and my friend ordered an iced coffee and they gave her too much cream. The 2 stars are for the staff who was very polite, although one of them cooked my food.. The snacking bacon was a crumbled up ball of grease. The grilled cheese was untested bread with cheese.. I don't expect much but this food was not even remotely close to correctly prepared. I'll attach some pictures..

Stopped here for some ice coffee and was really happy that it was a very clean place with tables and chairs and surprisingly a bathroom. The one employee that was there working was very nice and pleasant. I did notice that they offered items on their menu that they don't offer in the Dunkin Donuts in my neighborhood.
