Holywater Reviews
Holy Water is a fantastic find in Tribeca! The staff is super friendly and attentive, always ready to help with drink or food picks. We sampled five cocktails, and the Mariner (gin-based) stole the show—perfectly crafted and refreshing. Highly recommend it! The food was great too: creamy oysters that tasted super fresh, juicy chicken with great seasoning, and a solid hanger steak. Their lobster frites were a nice surprise, rich and satisfying. The vibe is unique, like stepping into a New Orleans ship’s underbelly with candles, nautical art, and cozy seating—perfect for a romantic night or hanging with friends. Finding the entrance on Reade St can be a bit confusing, but the experience inside makes up for it. Overall, a very good spot I’d happily visit again
May 27 · HelenAmazing service here and good strong drinks with a solid wine selection. The vibes are right with a lively and hip crowd on a Friday night. We tried the caviar tater tots which were delicious although a pretty steep price to pay for only 12 tots. Still I’m giving 5 stars for such awesome service and tasty drinks. I’ll be back for sure!
June 01 · Molly HinesleyAmazing ambiance plus food and drinks! Fairly loud and slow, but otherwise fantastic. I had and loved the hurricane drink with the mezcal, bbq shrimp, steak frites, oysters, deviled eggs, and Caesar salad. it’s a great date spot because it’s not too dark. I didn’t eat all of that in one night!
May 14 · Raven HughesCool Place! Ambiance is like the inside of a fisherman’s or Pirate’s Boat. Amazing Service! Drinks were insane! I had a drink called holy water it comes with a lime on fire 🔥 she said the longer it burns the sweeter the drink! Awesome Experience! 10/10 recommend!

The Staff: fantastic. So warm & accommodating. The Food: comforting, thoughtful, flavorful. The Atmosphere: so kitsch in the best way.We will definitely be back to experience their regular menu.. however this holiday meal was very special. We are already considering it again for next year. Also want to mention it was such a great value for all you’re getting. Very grateful for their wonderful staff today!
